Level 4 Coaching Clinic, August 16-18, 2013

Reserve rooms ($91) by calling (702)947-7166 or (888)243-9146 and use Reservation code: USA Hockey Pacific Dist Lev IV meeting group. Rooms must be booked by Aug 1, to receive the $91 rate, which includes breakfast, shuttle service and free parking.
Friday, 8/16/13, check-in begins at 4 pm, class is from 5pm-9pm, with reception following
Sat, 8/17/13, breakfast is 8am-9am, class 9am-6pm
Sun, 8/18/13, breakfast is 7:30am-8:30am, class 8am-noon.
You must attend the entire class (including on ice session requiring gloves, helmet, skates, and stick) to receive your Level 4 certification.

SafeSport is Coming to SCAHA.

Each club is required to name a Safesport Coordinator for their organization for the upcoming 2013-14 season. This includes all youth hockey travel programs, and the high school league. The club president will provide the name of their coordinator to the SCAHA Safesport Coordinator, Jaime Campbell, at: scahajaime@yahoo.com.
Safesport Coordinators are required to be CAHA screened, maintain an active volunteer membership account with USA Hockey, and also become Safesport certified through the online training provided by USA Hockey. Please note: There are still modifications to the Safesport handbook that will be finalized in the coming weeks. All Safesport Coordinators will receive communication from Jaime once the handbook and online training have been finalized. Please contact Jaime Campbell with any questions.
