At the next meeting, the Tri-County Penguins will be petitioning to join SCAHA. The board will be asked to vote on their application. Deputy Commissioner’s Report

Bob Doherty reported on behalf of Sandy Blumberg who was absent. Bob Doherty stated that the single game fee was the only item left to review. Some clarification regarding the time frame for a single game fee is defined as “more than 30 minutes between scheduled games (time to be calculated from the end of game to the start of the next game).” Bridget Hopkinson motioned to define the single game fee applicable to games scheduled with more than 30 minute lapses between games.

                                                                                                (motion SECONDED and PASSED)
